I can still smell the leather case of my first SLR camera, Zenit 15; Since I received this camera as a gift for my 14th birthday, my views of the world had changed; Observing the surroundings behind a lens establishes a special bond with the world; whether, it is a bird, a building or someone's eyes, I always felt connected with my subjects.
Despite being a cardiologist with a busy schedule, I've always found time to explore my passion for photography. I enjoy experimenting in all styles, including landscapes, architecture, macro, action and sport, portraits and fashion. I specially enjoy the creative technique of high dynamic range (HDR) and the elegance of black and white photography.
Friends sometimes point out that post capturing digital processing is a form of cheating; On the contrary, I believe that it's an integral part of the spectrum of creativity that makes photography, as James Balog puts it, a way to shape human perception.
I am no more than an amateur photographer that keeps on learning how to view the surroundings differently; I hope to share my interpretation of this beautiful world, and shed light on some of the seemingly ordinary grey zones of our amazing existence.
